RecoMatics update on coronavirus (COVID-19)

Right now we find ourselves in an unprecedented situation that disrupts our habits and lifestyle. In these challenging times, RecoMatics continues to carry out its activities and our teams are ready to help and guide our customers.

We are following closely the decisions of the Belgian authorities to limit the impact of the current pandemic and, like you, we adapt our actions accordingly. We know that our customers have the same concern as we do: guaranteeing the safety of customers, partners and employees and ensuring the continuity of the business.

We have adopted the safe approach from the time of the outbreak of the epidemic:

  • All teams work from home via secure connections.

  • All meetings are held via video conferencing with Microsoft Teams or similar systems.

  • Support remains permanently available and responsibilities for 3rd line support are carefully defined.

  • Interventions with customers are normally done remotely, if this is not possible social distancing is respected.

  • Hardware support employees keep larger stocks of spares and supplies at home and in the car.

All employees remain motivated, despite the difficulties, to navigate together with our customers through these turbulent social and economic conditions.
