Automatic document processing integrated with your ERP system

RecoMatics integrates every EasyForm solution with the customer's ERP software. Not only do we send information to the ERP system, but we also use the available master data to relate documents to existing entities.

For example, in the case of automatic invoice processing, we exchange the following data:

  • Master data of suppliers, purchase orders, general ledger accounts, analytical dimensions, etc.

  • Posting of incoming invoices

  • Visualization of the digital invoice based on a link

  • Release for payment

EasyForm connector for SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Thanks to this connector, both cost invoices and purchase invoices are automatically booked in SAP S/4HANA. This connector can be used for both the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud version, but also for the SAP S/4HANA On-Premise version.


EasyForm connector for Coda (Unit4 Financials)

With our connector, cost invoices and purchase invoices can be automatically booked in Coda.


EasyForm integration with Organimmo Syndic

EasyForm automatically posts all of the syndic's building invoices in Organimmo Syndic.
