A company with a large number of IT professionals who are outsourced as consultants to all corners of the kingdom.

The problem: strengthening the internal click between team members 

Communicating with employees who are unable to chat at the coffee machine every day is no easy task. With employees working in-house for their customers, The customer needed a place where the latest news appears in a way that says more than just dropping it in a shared folder. An intranet as a greeting on the browser of each team member now oils the social contacts, strengthens the bond with distant colleagues and gives a central manager the ability to carefully curate content. 


The solution: a dedicated workspace

The customer already worked with SharePoint to follow up on certain projects. We expanded this environment into a dedicated workspace for everyone in the company, so that employees could stay informed about company events, new team members, links to interesting reading material and the most enjoyable photos of the team building trip. 

That intranet was so popular that the SharePoint environment was further expanded for the customer. HR now plans leave periods via the calendar, uses the handy version control function to communicate new policies and creates a who's who so that everyone has each other's contact details. With the customer's input, we built the entire environment in five days, after which the customer was able to manage and complete the content himself. Clever, fast and budget-wise razor-sharp.
